Get your "add to cart"-clicking finger ready, because Sephora's spring savings event — i.e. the time to stock up on all your beauty favorites and the perfect opportunity to take the plunge on any new products that have piqued your curiosity — is here.

The sale, which begins on Friday and runs through April 15, offers tiered discounts and access based on shoppers' Beauty Insider status. (If you're not already a member, it's free to join.) Rouge-level members receive first access and 20% off; second access begins on April 9 for VIB and Insider level members, who receive 15% and 10% off, respectively, using the code YAYSAVE. (Shoppers can also access the sale in-store and at Sephora at Kohl's.) All Beauty Insider members, regardless of tier, also get free shipping with no minimum spend or discount code required.

The sale spans all product categories, which can, of course, be a little overwhelming. But there's no need to start stressing over which buzzy brand actually lives up to its hype or which skin-care formulas truly deliver (stress is bad for the complexion, after all) — I got you. You can shop easy knowing I've spent more than a decade as a professional product-tester, and I've put together a handy little curation of my very favorite products currently available at Sephora, spanning makeup, skin care, fragrance, body care and hair care.
