Now that Labor Day has come and gone, the summer season is officially over, even if the heat hasn't subsided. So, Jennifer Aniston is out here sharing a few behind-the-scenes snippets on Instagram of what she’s been up to recently.

The 54-year-old star just casually dropped a ton of photos of herself doing a ton of different activities—beach trips, dog cuddles and more. There’s Jennifer posing with buddies on a winding road, The Morning Show star flashing her strong abs and toned shoulders as she wanders around a palm tree-studded sand with a cool beverage in hand, several shots of Jennifer with Jason Bateman, Jimmy Kimmel, and their spouses, and a slew of dog pics.

“Summertime photo dump 🥰😎❤️,” she wrote in the caption. People cheered Jen on in the comments. “You are too stinking cute,” one wrote, while another said, “You’re the summer IT girl!!! ❤️”

Jennifer previously told People that she got into the workout method—which focuses on low-impact, resistance-based exercises—after seeing friend have impressive results.

“Our minds used to think, we have to hurt; no pain, no gain. It has to be an hour of a workout. You have to work out three times a day,” she said. “With this, you can start gentle. My girlfriend transformed her entire body, and it just had such a beautiful snowball effect in so many positive areas of her life.”

Jennifer has also worked out with Gloveworx founder Leyon Azubuike, who previously told Women’s Health that they would do training sessions nearly every day for an hour and a half. According to Azubuike, moving her body is such an integral part of Jennifer's day, that they’ve done sessions as early as 3 a.m. (not a typo) when she has a packed schedule.

Pilates is in the mix, too. But it didn't always come naturally for the star. "I tried to do Pilates 20 years ago, and I just couldn't get into it," she told Bustle last year. "For me, it's all about the teacher—you have to have a really good teacher, because it can be kind of boring. If you have an excellent teacher and you understand the beauty of it, it's like a moving meditation."

On the food front, Jennifer told Bustle that she’s “tried a lot of things,” including cutting out dairy and sugar. “I’m not a fasting girl—I just can’t—but I do intermittent fasting and that I enjoy,” she said.

Azubuike also shared with WH that he encourages Jennifer and all of his clients to drink plenty of water and load up on nutrient-rich foods like healthy carbs, protein, leafy greens, and a rainbow of vegetables.
