  • Jennifer Aniston modeled a deep cut-out dress for a new photoshoot.

  • Fans and celebrity friends were obsessed with the look.

  • The photoshoot was part of a new interview in which Aniston got candid about self-confidence and fertility struggles.

When Jennifer Aniston hesitantly joined Instagram in 2019, it was a blessing for us all. And any day she shares a rare post (say, her natural, air-dried hair routine or a beachy selfie) is a lucky one. But fans weren’t ready for her latest shares, which feature glamorous shots from her recent photoshoot with Allure. In one, she wears a statement cut-out dress that bares her entire side body. Needless to say, it received all the praise.

In the strategically posed photo, Aniston’s long hair extensions cover her breast, and her thumb loops inside the deep cut-out, which reaches her upper thigh. Wearing natural-looking makeup, she stares seriously into the camera. The shoot was featured in Allure’s final print publication.

“End of an era. Thank you @allure for making me the cover girl of your very last print issue 🤍🥹,” she captioned the post.

Celebrity friends and fans alike were amazed. “Smoke show 🖤,” Kate Hudson commented. “Are you kidding me,” Mindy Kaling added. “WELL, SHOW TF OFF THEN!” Kelly Rowland wrote.

“Incredibly gorgeous 😍,” one fan added. “Stunning, now more than ever!” someone else wrote.

In her Allure interview, Aniston vulnerably opened up about her fertility struggles for the first time, detailing the “challenging road” she faced while trying to get pregnant. Being a mother ultimately wasn’t in the cards for her, which she says she has made peace with, and is ready to move on to the next chapter of her life which she called, “Phoenix Rising.”

She added that the ups and downs of her 30s and 40s permanently shaped who she is today, and how comfortable she feels in her own skin now. “I feel the best in who I am today, better than I ever did in my 20s or 30s even, or my mid-40s. We needed to stop saying bad sh*t to ourselves,” she said frankly. “You’re going to be 65 one day and think, I looked f*cking great at 53.”

She continued: “I have such gratitude for all those shitty things. Otherwise, I would’ve been stuck being this person that was so fearful, so nervous, so unsure of who they were. And now, I don’t f*cking care.”

And that’s the energy we could all stand to channel a little more often.
