  • Heather relies on yoga and Pilates to stay as strong and as ageless as she is. She's also big on sleep, getting at least nine hours of Zzzs each night.

Heather Graham was just spotted looking extra glam while she was out and about in New York City on the final leg of the On A Wing And A Prayer press tour. The 53-year-old actress rocked a white minidress and matching knee-high boots, both of which showed off her miles and miles of toned legs. Naturally, she rounded out the look with a tiny white purse. I mean, she looked insanely chiseled on her night out. Slay, Heather!

And if you’re wondering how Heather has managed to look so ageless and strong all these years, you’ve come to the right place. Heather is a true yoga devotee, and she's also big on Pilates (which we all know is soo good for your core strength). "My yoga teacher in L.A. is a friend, and I’ve often said her classes are like healthy raves," Heather told Woman & Home in 2019. "She plays upbeat music, which not a lot of yoga teachers do, and it distracts you from the pain."

"For fun, I would go on a yoga retreat and do four hours of yoga a day," she told Refinery 29. "And then I do Pilates. I also like going out dancing."

But that's not all she does for her overall wellness. Heather previously told Women's Health UK that she spends at least 20 minutes each day doing transcendental meditation. Heather is also quite the sleeping beauty. She doesn't ever miss out on a good night’s rest. In 2016, she told The Guardian, "I love sleeping...When I tell people how much I sleep sometimes, they are horrified. I basically sleep between nine and 12 hours a night."

As far as food goes, Heather sticks to healthy, anti-inflammatory ingredients, making sure to avoid sugar and refined flour most of the time. "I do eat sugar sometimes, but as a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better," she told Refinery 29. "And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour."

Heather makes many meals at home too: "I cook healthy food, and love getting creative with salads—one of my favorites is a salad with broccoli, hazelnuts, feta cheese, and cherry tomatoes. It’s delicious," she told Woman & Home.

"Guacamole’s a bit of an obsession of mine," she continued. "I make loads of it."
