Iconic, legendary, multi-talented, fabulous-all words that form in my mind when I think of the inimitable Céline Dion. Last month, I had the distinct honor of watching the queen do what she does best: perform on-stage during one of the final performances of her 7-year residency in Las Vegas. As expected, the musical superstar brought us out of our seats and to our feet with her astounding voice.

Recently named a L'Oréal Paris' global spokesperson-another accolade to add to Dion's list of achievements-the 51-year-old shared that she's never felt more beautiful than at this very point in her life. "[Beauty] is inside-out. L'Oréal is giving me an opportunity to feel beautiful. Feeling beautiful makes you feel strong, and feeling strong makes you succeed. I’ve never felt as beautiful and as strong, and I really think that the best is yet to come."

Speaking of strong, have you seen Dion's statuesque physique? Besides rehearsals and epic on-stage routines, what does Dion do to stay in such immaculate shape all these years? Despite critics saying Dion's recent weight loss made her "too skinny," the French Canadian beauty told The Sun, “I want to feel strong, beautiful, feminine and sexy.... To be honest with you, I think I’m at the best of my life right now, and I really want to enjoy and embrace every moment of it. It’s all new. It’s like I’m having a second wind-50 has been great for me.”

She's figured out the ultimate self-care routine for feeling her absolute best. After performing, the singer practices ballet for even more hours. “I decided, when I met Pepe [one of her dancers and stylist], that maybe it’s a sign," she said. She described ballet as “so romantic, dramatic, sensual, it’s like a dream." Adding that "[Ballet is] so hard-but I don’t want to do something that’s easy.” Following her intense performances at Ceasar's Palace, Dion meets Pepe and trains even more. "We stretch and we do the barre, we kind of improv. I do this four times a week. I’m working hard, but I like to move,” she said.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Dion was vocal about her diet, which consists of a unique breakfast order. “Normal breakfast is a cup of coffee (an espresso), and a croissant," she said. According to LiveStrong, she's said to Rachael Ray in an interview that being an Aries also keeps her metabolism going. "I’m Aries, and I’m a very nervous person," she admitted. "I’m very energetic, you lose a lot of calories.”

The mom of three clearly has balance down: ballet, coffee, croissants, and her star sign all play a role in her ability to age like the unicorn-goddess that she is.
