50+ Iconic Design Moments From the House Beautiful Archive

The American home has changed pretty extensively since 1896—and House Beautiful has been there to see it all. Over the course of its 125 years in print, the magazine has catalogued such milestones as Frank Lloyd Wright's rise to fame and the unveiling of the most expensive interior design commission in history (The Greenbrier Hotel, featured on the August, 1948 cover).
