Loyal Starbucks customers have concocted dozens—maybe even hundreds—of personalized creations to get their ideal coffee order. Sometimes, it involves just adding a pump of syrup or swapping whole milk for soy. Others are lengthy monologues, like this fall-flavored order that has over 1.4 million views on TikTok: a vanilla latte with oat milk, apple brown sugar syrup, vanilla sweet cream with cinnamon powder blended into the foam, apple drizzle, and more cinnamon powder.

Not all off-the-menu orders are quite as excessive—in fact, an entire secret menu of Starbucks drinks exists. It's not official, and you can't assume your barista will know what you're talking about if you order a fan-created beverage. However, some of them are popular enough that they're well known throughout the Starbucks community.

Now that fall is in full swing, Starbucks drinkers on TikTok are sharing their favorite secret menu seasonal selections (although due to the still-hot temperatures, they're notably all iced). Here's what to ask for on your next coffee run.

The Pumpkin Spice Cookie Butter Latte might be the most well-known of the fall secret menu. It’s an iced brown sugar shaken espresso with one pump of toffee nut syrup and topped with pumpkin cold foam and cinnamon. This TikTok creator who made a video about the drink described it as nutty, spicy, and “the perfect combo.”

The Apple Pie Frappuccino, another fan favorite, consists of a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino made with heavy cream, apple brown sugar syrup, and extra caramel and apple drizzle. This video features a barista making it from start to finish, and she adds a decent amount of whipped cream on top.

To order the White Chocolate Pumpkin Iced Espresso, this video (which has over 42,000 likes) recommends asking for three shots of espresso over ice, two pumps of pumpkin sauce, two pumps of white chocolate mocha sauce, your creamer of choice, and, of course, the pumpkin cream cold foam.

"This is gonna have you levitating," the creator said. "It's also highly caffeinated, so for my girlies out there that don't like a lot of caffeine, this may not be the drink for you."

Finally, the one that’s been flooding For You Pages of Starbucks drinkers everywhere: the 100 Calorie Brown Sugar Pumpkin Espresso, aka a shaken espresso with 1 pump pumpkin cold foam, 1 pump brown sugar syrup, 2 pumps sugar-free vanilla, 1 pump pumpkin sauce, and extra cinnamon on top. If you want to tone it down a bit, there's also the Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso—just ask for a brown sugar shaken espresso with pumpkin cream cold foam.

Our associate editor Bryce Jones tried this one, and she believes it's better than anything on the regular menu—the pumpkin and brown sugar blend together perfectly. She added a sprinkle of Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pie Spice to round it out with cinnamon and nutmeg flavors.

You can also easily make an at-home version; all you need are a few spoonfuls of brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a shot or two of espresso. Shake it up, pour it over ice, and add your homemade pumpkin cream cold foam.

Of course, you can always get creative and experiment with a variety of autumnal flavors to make your own go-to Starbucks secret menu drink—anything goes during fall coffee season.
