June is finally here, which means lots of fun, new products arriving at Trader Joe's just in time for summer. From fruity licorice twists to strawberry muffins and chocolate syrup, chances are you'll find something you'll like on this list. But word on the block is that most of these items will only be around for a limited time, so don't wait too long to try them. Here are five new items that you won't want to miss at Trader Joe's this June.

Breaded Cheddar Cheese Curds

Cheese curds, unlike regular cheese, are little pieces of young cheddar that haven't been aged at all. They're soft, chewy, and slightly squeaky in texture, and are often eaten as they are, or fried and served along a dipping sauce. These frozen breaded cheese curds are already coated in a light batter and fried, so all you have to do is reheat them in an oven or air fryer.

Trio of Soft Licorice Twists

This trio of soft licorice candy is definitely going to be a big hit this summer. The three flavors are raspberry, green apple, and mango, and all taste vastly different than the usual black licorice you might be used to. This means, even if you're not the biggest licorice fan, you'll probably like them. Plus, this Australian-style licorice is much softer and chewier than typical licorice, and the flavor trio is an expansion of TJ's already-popular soft licorice.

Organic Midnight Moo Chocolate Syrup

If you're a true Trader Joe's fan, you might recognize this chocolate syrup from before. After being discontinued for years, it's returned with a serious rebrand, but the same delicious flavor. Mix this chocolate syrup into a cold glass of milk, drizzle it over ice cream, make an iced mocha, or give your banana pancakes an instant upgrade.

Taco Seasoned Gouda Cheese

Considering all the different types of cheese that Trader Joe's has given us over the years, this one is an instant classic and one of our new favorites. It's a Dutch-made Gouda cheese seasoned with a blend of spices including jalapeño powder, onion, garlic, cumin seeds, dried bell pepper, and oregano. Eating it on its own or with crackers is an obvious yes, but it would also be perfect for grating over nachos or in a quesadilla.

Gluten-Free Strawberry Muffins

Whether you're gluten-free or not, these Strawberry Muffins are worth a try. They're made with sour cream and buttermilk which helps make them extra moist, and are infused with the flavors of vanilla, brown sugar, and fresh summer strawberries. They make for a great on-the-go breakfast or snack, but an even better mid-day treat alongside a refreshing iced coffee.
