5 Beauty Products That Are Bringing Us Pure Joy Right Now

Excuse me while I state the obvious, but considering the current state of the world, it can be hard to find meaning in something as small as beauty products. While, yes, I'm a beauty editor and writing about makeup, skincare, and hair is my actual profession, I'll be the first to recognize that throwing on a face mask or taking a bath isn't going to help the fact that people's lives are currently at risk. What I will say, though, is that any outlet that brings you joy—no matter how tiny or insignificant it may seem—is incredibly important for your mental health right now, and for the Cosmo beauty team, one of those things is, and always will be, beauty (surprise).

So instead of rounding up our favorite new launches of the week like we usually do, we're trying something a lil different: talking about the products that are truly making us happy right now during a time when we really need some joy. Hopefully you'll get inspired to do some self-care this week—whether it's with these products or stuff you already own (not everyone can spend extra cash right now, and we get that).
