  • Molly Sims was not done serving looks after showing up in a light pink Monique Lhuillier gown for the 2022 Met Gala red carpet.

  • For the afterparty, the former model opted for a bra top that she wore under a Tom Ford suit, and her abs were looking seriously toned.

  • Molly, a mother of three, loves going to group workout classes and starts her mornings with a smoothie.

Molly Sims looked simply stunning on the 2022 Met Gala red carpet this week wearing a light pink Monique Lhuillier gown. But she also brought her fashion A-game to the afterparties, which apparently started around 2 a.m.!

Molly, 48, shared some pics of her posing with her husband, Scott Stuber. The two were all dressed up and ready take on the afterparties. Molly opted for a bra top with a black Swarovski-encrusted Tom Ford suit, and a black clutch and heels. And her abs were looking so seriously toned!

"About last night ✨ #metafterparties Thank you @tomford, Kate Moss, & @naomi for giving me a reason to wear this stunning Swarovski suit! 2 parties, 2:48 am arrival, and only one drink … kidding 😉💋," she captioned the pics.

Her friends were loving the pics. Actress Eiza Gonzalez commented, "Cool parents night out 🔥🔥," and Dr. Deepika Chopra left her, "❤️❤️❤️."

Molly is a fan of at-home workouts, and loves to use Tonal, a digital workout device that provides a full-body workout (she's also a Tonal partner). "It helps me prioritize myself, and it's personal to me," she shared in an Instagram video of herself getting in a workout last month.

Another workout she loves to do at home is The Tracy Anderson Method or Dance Body, and she told The Newsette that she gets her workout in at 6 a.m. “I get about 20 minutes to train by myself before one of my kiddos interrupts and tries to join me,” she said.

But Molly also loves to take group classes in-studio. “I do Pilates, I do hot yoga, all to strengthen the core and get lean and long,” she told Hollywood Life. “I love Megan Roup's Sculpt Society, I love hot Pilates with Shannon Nadj. I think my body does better when I do different things.”

Last month, Molly shared another video of herself working out with Megan Roup in her backyard. The sweat sesh included moves like dumbbell tricep kickbacks, curtsy lunges, heel taps, punches, and leg pulses.

As for her diet, Molly shared with Goop that she likes to start her morning with organic coffee and coconut milk, as well as a smoothie. "I love a smoothie in the morning. I worked with nutritionist, Kelly Leveque when I was losing my baby weight with my third child, Grey. She had a green smoothie on my plan every morning and I was addicted. Her Spa Smoothie is one of my favorites. If I’m needing something a bit heavier, egg whites or turkey bacon are my go-to."

These days, Molly is all about taking a balanced approach, and feeding her body well these days. "When I was modeling, I would starve myself to be thin for a shoot. I’d end up losing my glow and looking exhausted. I came to realize that the best possible thing you can do for beauty starts from the inside. I eat well, I exercise, and I drink a lot of water. Hot water with lemon and cayenne is like the best beauty elixir out there. So is aloe water. Vitamins are huge, too."

In March, Molly shared her health peach pancake recipe on Instagram, which she makes for her kids. Somehow, it even incorporates low-fat cottage cheese.

Going to make these ASAP!!!
