If anyone can make Easter sexy, it’s Kate Beckinsale.

Kate, 48, posted a photo on her Instagram Story of her rocking a pair of glittery bunny ears, a white tee, and booty shorts with the caption, “Happy Easter 🐣 🐰🐇," above. She finished the look with a pair of combat boots and fishnet tights that make her miles-long legs look incredible!

Kate is notorious for being a total badass in the gym.

She gets her sweat on with trainer Brad Siskind, who works at celeb trainer (and Kardashian approved) Gunnar Peterson's gym. Kate told Women's Health that she works out at least six mornings a week. “The whole hour is work,” he told WH.

Kate broke down her whole routine with WH. She starts with a full-body workout of 8 compound exercises. Each exercise works two muscle groups at the same time so that she gets the most out of every session! The moves include bicep curls with a squat, and sit-ups with combination punches.

And the results speak for themselves:

After she gets through this routine, she moves on to cardio interval training for 90 to 120 seconds on a rower or the VersaClimber, a tall, skinny cardio machine with handholds and footholds that mimics climbing. Then, she starts at the top with the same eight exercises, adding heavier weights, bands, and faster reps.

It takes her about 45 minutes to get through two circuits. When she is finished, she tops it off she finished with another cardio interval using a rubber Inertia Wave, or one-leg pushes on a curved Skillmill treadmill. Are you sweating yet? Because I am!

Before her morning workouts, she usually fuels up with chicken or eggs for protein, followed by salads and sometimes salmon later in the day.

But it’s not all about the physical benefits for Kate. Kate told WH that working out helps with her mental health.

“I’m very connected to my body, so if I’m going to experience stress, I’m probably going to experience it physically,” she said. “So it’s usually a good idea for me to go do something physical to get rid of it. I kind of have to think of myself as a horse or something—time for a run around the paddock.”

Well, whatever she is doing ... it’s working!
