At 46, Sarah Michelle Gellar Shows Off in New Swimsuit Instagram Photos and Fans Lose It

Sarah Michelle Gellar, 46, spent her holiday break on Do Not Disturb mode, but she recently returned to Instagram to show off her toned legs and abs in some 🔥🔥🔥 bathing suit photos.

In the first pic, the Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum rocked a yellow one-piece swimsuit that shows off her sculpted legs and core. In another photo, Sarah wears a swimsuit with a plunging neckline that shows off her strong ab muscles. And even later in the photo dump, she flaunts her sculpted booty in some white cutoff denim shorts. (Total fitness goals!)

If you’re wondering what the Cruel Intentions star does to stay fit, Women’s Health has the scoop. For starters, she is a big fan of Pilates, a workout that uses controlled movements to strengthen your core, sculpt your muscles, and improve your balance and mobility, she previously told Shape.

The Scooby-Doo actress favors The Studio (MDR) when she’s in Los Angeles. They offer megaformers for class members, a more intense version of the usual Pilates reformer machine that provides constant resistance for the body, per the studio’s website. That would explain those leg muscles!

Sarah’s outlook on exercise has changed throughout the years, and it's way more joyful for her now than it used to be. “[Exercise] used to be, sort of, 'I have to do this, this is my job, this is work.' But I think there's an emotional component too," she told Shape. "I can sort of let everything else go, and I just focus on whatever the movement is.” Love that!

When it comes to her diet, Sarah hasn't shared too much. However, she did previously reveal to The Thirty that she starts her day with coffee and green juice. “I go every weekend to the farmers market, and I get fresh kale, spinach, celery, and lettuces and I blend it all together,” she added. Sounds delicious!

Sarah also shared that she likes to wind down for the night with a glass of wine—Pinot Grigio, preferably. “My favorite indulgence is getting into my bubble bath with a really good book and a glass of Yellow Tail Pure Bright Pinot Grigio," she told the outlet. "That, to me, is the height of decadence."
