At 46, Gabrielle Union's Abs Look Ridiculously Toned In A New Bikini Instagram

There are some celebrities who look amazing in a bikini like it’s NBD. Gabrielle Union is one of those women, and the proof is in the new bikini pic she just dropped on Instagram.

In it, Gabrielle (who is 46, btw) can be seen hanging out in a crochet string bikini. Her hair is natural and curly, and she looks ridiculously fit. “Looking for fux to give,” she hilariously wrote in the caption, before hashtagging America’s Got Talent. (ICYDK, She’s a judge on the show.)

Naturally, people completely lost their sh*t in the comments. “Dayummmm!” wrote Vanessa Lachey. “Do you age? Was watching Bad Boys the other night and you don’t look any older now!” another person said.

Long story short, Gabrielle looks all kinds of fit all of the time. Of course, she works hard for that toned body. The actress previously told Women’s Health that she’s big on Pilates, which she tends to do in the morning. “The great thing about Pilates is that I can take out my annoyance from waking up early on the machines instead of human beings,” she said. “It's for the greater good. My body responds to it, and I'm also more clear."

Gabrielle is also big on getting outdoors. "I need sun. I need vitamin D on my face," she previously told Women's Health. "Give me a trail, a park, a walk down the street with the dogs, a breeze, rain. I’ll go hike. I’ll get a lawn chair and sit outside my trailer so I’m not trapped inside."
