Diane Kruger is having a major fashion moment.

The 46-year-old actress recently graced the latest cover of CAP 74024 and she’s looking next-level amazing. In the snap, she’s rocking a high-neck crop top that totally shows off her super-toned abs. And all I can say is: WOW.

Naturally, people couldn’t get enough of her chicness in the comments section. “Wow. That is so so hot. 🔥🔥🔥,” wrote one fan. “GORGEOUS 💗,” said another. And obviously, a whole lot of 🔥 emojis were dropped.

But that’s not all. Diane Kruger also just hit up the Fragrance Foundation Awards in New York City, and she worked the coolest bright red Jason Wu blazer for the event.

She layered the blazer over a lacy nude dress that showed off miles of toned legs, topping the whole thing off with strappy nude sandals and a cool-girl smile. Wu shared video of himself and Diane in his Instagram Stories posing on the red carpet, and—no shocker here—her legs look seriously sculpted there, too.

Wondering how Diane looks so strong? Same! Diane opened up to Women’s Health in 2021 about how she revamped her fitness routine after giving birth to her daughter with partner Norman Reedus in 2018. During her pregnancy, she worked out for a half hour a day doing things like walking, using the elliptical, or doing squat workouts.

Diane had to train for an action movie (The 355) after giving birth and needed to be able to do things like a roundhouse kick, jog up a crane, and hold all kinds of weapons. She didn’t screw around—she did boxing and running although, she admitted, she’s not a runner.

“I really hate running,” Diane said. “I like to walk—I live in New York. We walk everywhere.” She also did two-hour training sessions each day, which included things like fight training, boxing drills, and even military drills.

After filming was done, Diane shifted her workouts to four times a week. They include things like the elliptical, burpees, box jumps, situps, planks, and 20-pound squats. “It’s the moments when I don’t have to talk to anyone that help me the most,” she said. “I’m a little socially awkward; I’m not good at schmoozing with people, so I’ve always looked for moments to be by myself.”

Diane also shared that she added strength training to the mix—she said she “witnessed my body change” afterward.

Diane has been open about how good she feels after exercising. She shared a photo in March of herself at the gym, writing that there’s “nothing better than having that hour to get back into your body 🌈.”

On the food front, Diane previously told Well + Good that she loves cooking. “When you make food for yourself, there's sort of a satisfactory thing about making good food that's actually good for you,” she said. Preach!
