According to Laura Wattenberg, the creator of Namerology, it's all about style — not season.

“Once upon a time, a April was most likely to be born in April and Natalie in December,” she tells TODAY.com. The name Natalie is French with Latin beginnings and means "birthday of the Lord" so it's associated with Christmas, according to Nameberry. Is it strange to mention Nameberry so close to Wattenberg's quote? I couldn't find an explanation on Wattenberg's site but I can reach out to her, if needed.

“The calendar simply isn’t a significant factor in 21st century baby naming," she adds.
