It’s still technically summer if the weather is warm, right? Well, January Jones is squeezing out all that this season has to offer, and I can't say I blame her.

The 44-year-old Mad Men alum just shared a pic on Instagram of herself hanging out by a lake in the most American of situations. In the photo, January can be seen wearing a baseball cap, bikini, and cut-off shorts with her epic abs and strong legs on full display. While posing, she clutches a Budweiser and flashes a peace sign. Oh, and there's also a tractor visible in the background.

January kept the caption simple, posting a sole American flag emoji. And people freaked in the comments. “Smashing,” one wrote. “❤️❤️❤️,” another commented. And of course, the fire emojis were never ending.

FWIW, January is the unofficial Instagram queen of cool-girl bikini content. There was this pic:

And this one:

Back in June, January shared that she had undergone surgery to fix her meniscus, which is a piece of cartilage between your shin and thighbone, joking, “NBA here I come.”

But, despite the NBA joke, January has been upfront about not really loving the whole workout thing.

“My dad was a trainer, so in my 20s and 30s, I didn’t work out, because he was always pushing my sisters, my mom, and me to exercise,” she told Shape. “We would rebel and not do it. It’s not that I wasn’t active. As kids, my two sisters were runners, I played tennis, and we all swam. But on a regular basis I wouldn’t work out, ever.”

January said she discovered a workout plan she could get behind after her son Xander started getting harder to carry. “I was hauling around a 20- or 30-pound toddler, my lower back gave out, and I saw my shoulders starting to curl and hunch,” she said. “I wanted to do something for my posture and core strength.”

So, she started taking barre classes and then Pilates lessons.

“A friend told me about Lagree Pilates. I’ve been doing it two to four times a week for the past year now, and I’ve gained weight because I’ve put on muscle,” she shared. “I’ve gone up a size in clothes, but I feel like I look better naked.” (Lagree Pilates, in case you’re not familiar with it, combines low-impact and high-intensity movements.)

That’s not ~all~ January does for fitness, though. She can also totally crush a yoga workout. Evidence:

Get it, January! Those moves are no joke.
