Nicole Scherzinger's latest Instagram post has me so ready for summer and swimsuit season. In new pics on Instagram, the 43-year-old Pussycat Dolls alum rocked a high-cut golden Solo Mío Swim bikini that she accessorized with a gold garter-style thigh chain and thick gold hoop earrings while posing in front of a golden wall. Not only does she look absolutely stunning, but her abs, legs, and arms look super strong and toned.

"Golden hour ✨," she captioned the pics.

And her followers are obsessed with the snaps. Singer Natasha Bedingfield commented, "I can’t take it! So incredible." And Eva Longoria just left her a bevy of "🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥".

Nicole loves to be in a bikini (exhibit A, exhibit B and exhibit C), and even works out in them when she's feeling it, like this workout from August 2021.

Other times, she sticks with athletic wear for her grueling workouts with her trainer Paolo Mascitti, who put her through a workout that included battle ropes, weighted lateral lunges, and squats with an overhead pull using a resistance machine back in January.

And she always likes to mix up her workouts. “In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 minutes, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” she previously told Women's Health UK.

That includes yoga as well. “I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of Bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in L.A.,” she said.

She also stays fit outdoors, which includes lots of surfing, hiking and kayaking.

And to help her recover, Nicole is a fan of ice baths.

Nicole also makes sure her diet is healthy and balanced. She told PEOPLE, "I have everything in moderation."

A typical day of eating includes lots of water and starts with green juice, Greek yogurt, a banana, and granola, followed by a lunch of turkey, Swiss cheese, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.

For a snack, she chooses pineapple and blueberries. And dinner is gluten-free pasta, tomato basil sauce and Parmesan cheese. Dessert? Chocolate truffles.

I am here for those truffles, Nicole!
