Tiffany Haddish flaunted her super-sculpted legs and arms in a high-slit dress in a new Instagram video. Celebrity hairstylist Ray Christopher bragged about Tiffany's epic, red-carpet look pairing her iconic muscles with her equally spectacular cut.

Tiffany was feeling herself (as she should be!) in the video where she struck some major power poses during a pre-premiere photoshoot. She couldn't look any happier!

And fans loved her look.

The 42-year-old comedian and actress strutted her stuff at the premiere of Easter Sunday in Los Angeles last night. Her long, toned legs and strong, sculpted arms stole the show.

Here's how she trains to get so strong.

She's a big fan of at-home workouts. Her fave is Supernatural, a virtual reality program. "It feels like you're playing a game... but you are getting a full-body workout," she told WH. "I'll take that thing off after 15 minutes and I am dripping."

Now, you can work out alongside Tiffany! She recently paired up with Supernatural as a guest coach and walks users through various workouts, according to PR News Wire.

She goes to the gym twice a week for around an hour and a half to work with weights, she explained. There, she also enjoys classes, such as kickboxing, barre, HIIT, and even aerial yoga.

"I'll end up taking either two classes, or I'll do one hour of weights and then one class, and I get out of there," she said.

Some of her go-to moves include squats, planks, sit ups, and crunches. Sounds like Tiffany's workout routine is filled with variety and fun.

Along with her workout routine, the actress is also dedicated to properly fueling her body. "Nutrition is everything," she told People in 2020. She eats directly from her garden and enjoys a vegan diet.
