You can get your sweat on with Lululemon global run ambassadors Jordan Marie Daniel and Rob Watson in this free "Sweat with Purpose" abs and mobility session.
The workout is part of Women’s Health's new series of WH LIVE+ events with appearances from your favorite trainers, celebrities, and experts.
In this 40-minute session, the running pros share their go-to routine for strong abs and mobility with stretches you can do anywhere, anytime.
Anyone feeling extra tight and stiff lately? Maybe it's due to extra screen hours or going straight from your workout to your desk chair, but a solid stretch sesh is definitely in order.
That's why this installment of WH Live+ couldn't have come at a better time. It's a free 40-minute abs and mobility workout led by Lululemon global run ambassadors and veteran marathoners Jordan Marie Daniel and Rob Watson and powered by Lululemon.
The whole session is available to stream right here at your leisure as many times as your muscles need it. Their go-to routines for core and mobility work are invaluable. Jordan kicks it off with a series of stretches to releases tight hips, quads, and hammies before Rob leads a quickie abs workout.
These two know what they're talking about (trust). Jordan is training and aiming for the 2024 Olympic qualifiers for the marathon distance. The finish line isn't her only goal. In the past, she's run races with markings on her face and body to raise awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women.
Rob, meanwhile, is a four-time Canadian marathon champion and current record holder for the Lululemon SeaWheeze Half Marathon + 10K. (He clocked a scorching time of 1:09:47 in 2019.)
They cover all that and more in a fun Q&A with Women's Health editor-in-chief Liz Plosser to wrap up the workout.
Inspired to run your own race? You can join the SeaWheeze virtually too...and there's also a totally doable 10K option! Sign up here. And be sure to check out the exclusive SeaWheeze Half Marathon Lululemon gear, which launched on Lululemon.com Aug. 11. (In the past, people have camped out for the chance to buy these duds, so getting to order them from your couch is a BFD.)
