Lupita Nyong'o is showing off her dance moves in her latest post on Instagram. The 39-year-old Black Panther actress shared a reel of herself dancing around on the beach in various bikinis. And TBH, it looks like she's living her best life.

Lupita captioned the post, "Yes, I'm CUTE! #FirstDayOfSummer ready 👙☀️😎 #MoonchildSanelly #SoundOn 🎶 ."

Her followers couldn't help but notice how incredibly toned she looked, with one user commenting, " YOU LOOK SO GOODDDDD!!😍🔥🔥 BODYYYYYY🤪🔥🔥🔥." "Ommmggggg😮😍 👏👏 Lupita out here the summer Queen," another added. A third follower chimed in: "okay bodyyyy 😍🔥." And even Vanessa Hudgens weighed in with her two cents. "Adorrrrableee," she wrote.

Lupita is used to doing heavy-duty workouts. She previously went to boot camp in Atlanta, Georgia, for six weeks to prep for all the stunt work she did in Black Panther. "We would have warm-ups together, then break off and do our individual techniques," she told The Hollywood Reporter. "Nakia is a street fighter, so I had jiu-jitsu and capoeira and ring blades."

Every once in a while, Lupita also shares some of her favorite workouts on her Instagram, where you can see her take on everything from dumbbell workouts...

...to glute bridges.

As for her diet, Lupita focuses on eating protein-based meals with a lot of lean meats when prepping movies. In 2020, she revealed to Essence that after wrapping up filming for Black Panther, she realized she had been following a sugar-free regimen.

"We could have fruit, which is a good sugar, but no fructose or refined sugar," Lupita said. "We could have carbs, which are good when you work out as much as we did, and we weren't eating less."

But when she's not filming, she prefers to stick to simple nutritious foods. One of her go-to breakfast meals includes plantains, blueberries, and sweet potatoes. She also loves pineapple juice, or "a lemongrass tea in a sunny nook," she told Vogue.
