Chrissy Teigen gave followers a bump-update on Instagram, and the Internet’s relatable queen is looking happy and healthy!
Chrissy, 36, shared a nude photo to her Instagram story. It showed Chrissy in the mirror, curving her chest with her arms, as one rests on the top of her baby bump. She also had a piece of black tape on her stomach, which of course, she explained.
“Thank you @doctorberlin for my acid reflux tape (it works!!???) and for being my main man for many years! And for watching barbarian with me,” she wrote.
Chrissy is adding to her family with her husband John Legend. The couple already have a daughter Luna, 6, and a son Miles, 4. This is an extra special time for Chrissy because the couple lost their baby, Jack, in September 2020. She recently shared that she had a life-saving abortion after a complicated pregnancy, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Chrissy hasn’t shared too much about her pregnancy routine this time around. But in the past she’s liked to do YouTube yoga sessions with Nicole McPherson, and has shared some snippets of herself getting in a quick sweat sesh at home.
Of course, her kids come in at one point to interrupt her, but such is #MomLife. At that time, Chrissy shared that she was, "loving @movewithnicole on YouTube!!”
And, in case you didn’t know prenatal yoga can actually help prepare you for childbirth, according to the Mayo Clinic.
Pre-pregnancy, Chrissy would work on her core by taking Simone De La Rue's classes, which are super high-energy, dance-based workout classes (and she also did some boogying on TikTok).
“Chrissy Teigen I've been with for three or four years,” Simone told Business Insider. “We do more laughing than working out, to be honest. She's a hilarious person and I like having a giggle with her.”
