Winter weather isn't stopping Blake Lively from letting her toned legs come out to play. The actress just dropped some Instagram photos of herself in a hot pink "Barbie"-themed minidress and matching heels that accentuated her long, strong legs.

The 36-year-old actress hosted a celebration for her Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants co-star, America Ferrera, for her work in the Barbie movie. Blake stunned in a hot pink Oscar de la Renta minidress with heels, gloves, and a bow-shaped purse to match. While she certainly rocks the pink, her toned legs and strong arms stole the show.

"loud luxury," Blake simply wrote in the caption. Of course, her fans loved the post and showered her with compliments in the comments section. "LEEGGGS!!!❤️," one person wrote, while another commented, "Love it. ❤️🙌."

Wondering how Blake gets her legs so sculpted? Well, that's all credited to her intense workout routine, created by her trainer of over a decade, Don Saladino. Their biggest priority in her workouts is resiliency, he told Women's Health.

After all, the A Simple Favor star has an incredibly busy schedule while also juggling four little kids. “My goal with her is not to break her down,” Saladino said. “We need to make sure that every day she's waking up, she's feeling great, she's feeling energetic, and she can rinse and repeat."

Their sessions first start with an evaluation to get a sense of how Blake is feeling and how she's been sleeping. Then, he tweaks their program based on what her body needs, but these days, they're focusing on full-body workouts. They kick off the movement portion with 10 to 15 minutes of activating her muscles and getting her heart rate up.

Next, Blake warms up with a move where she's carrying weight, like a farmer's carry, followed by kettlebell deadlifts, split squats, bilateral and unilateral presses, and other core, arm, and glute-strengthening exercises. Then, they end her workouts with some cardio so Blake can get her steps in.

As for how Blake fuels her body, she follows the 80-20 rule, where she eats healthy foods 80 percent of the time, and is more flexible during the other 20 percent, according to WH UK. She focuses on fueling up on protein, vegetables, fruit, and healthy fats.

"Early in the day, a big priority is hydrating, feeding her food with proper nutrients, which balances her sugar levels, and then not depriving [herself] of everything she loves," Saladino shared with the outlet. So, for breakfast, Blake will eat fruit with some gluten-free oats if she's feeling really hungry, he said.

Clearly, this routine is working for Blake. She is all-over strong, as shown in this Instagram pic of herself with Saladino after she lost the 61 pounds she gained during one of her pregnancies.

"Turns out you can’t lose the 61 lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through instragram and wondering why you don’t look like all the swimsuit models," Blake wrote. "Thanks @donsaladino for kickin my A double S into shape. 10 months to gain, 14 months to lose. Feeling very proud 💪😁💪."
