Punk to me is to express oneself in the most authentic form without needing to consult society.

What do you think makes the style here so special at Afropunk? T The style here is special because people are here to express themselves in their freest and the loudest form. There’s an “idea” of what punk looks like and to me, if you’re just coming out as your full self, that’s punk.

What inspired your look today?
I was inspired by the Yoruba goddess, Yemaya. The goddess of the ocean.
