'30 Rock's Katrina Bowden Shares Romantic Pics From Engagement

Katrina Bowden is officially engaged to her boyfriend, Adam Taylor.
The 35-year-old actress shared the happy relationship update online with a series of intimate photos from the moment the musician got down on one knee to pop the question.
"Happy to announce…we are no longer dating 💛," Bowden wrote in the caption of the couple's joint Instagram post, shared on Sunday, Sept. 24. Along with the casual announcement, the 30 Rock alum–also known for her role on The Bold and the Beautiful as Flo Fulton–included a photo of the proposal and a close-up of her left hand, showing off her massive engagement ring.
Bowden, who was first tied to Taylor in the fall of 2021, later detailed the lengths her now fiancé went to pull off what she called the "happiest most perfect day of my life."
In the comments, Bowden set the scene, sharing that after Taylor "rented a boat for the day, we found a small totally empty beach, anchored and swam ashore with a dry bag to hang for no a while."
"He set up a mini tripod to take a photo of us since all we have are selfies so far," her statement continued, "Then he came in to take the shot and got down on one knee and gave me the most special, surprising, beautiful moment❤️."
"I cried like an absolute loser," she said of the proposal that took place in Positano, Italy. She concluded her post with a quip: "Also the ring blinded me so my eyes were in pain😂."
While the actress had much to say about the moment, all Taylor, 42, could muster up in his reply was a simple, "Hard Launch 🚀."
The upcoming ceremony will be Bowden's second marriage, as she was previously married to Ben Jorgensen from 2013 until 2020.
