Red-hot red wine makeup with Charlotte Tilbury
Celebrity makeup artist Sofia Tilbury turns up the heat with her version of the wine makeup look. A red lip that incorporates the warm brown tones of fall gives it a seasonal spin, while a neutral smoky eye balances it out.
Even if you’re not usually a fan of red lipstick, you can tone down the look and adapt it. “This look is great if you’re not super comfortable with a bold red or berry-toned lip — you can press the shades on for a stained effect, and then pair it with your favorite nude-brown lip liner and neutral-toned eyeliners for a soft, romantic effect that still captures that autumnal vibe,” she shares.

Add dimension to the lips by opting for a deeper lip pencil. MAC's Plum shade is rich and juicy, ideal for creating that wine-stained look.
