Naturally, Celine Dion falls under this sign.
From March 21 to April 19, we celebrate all things Aries. It's the first astrological sign in the zodiac symbolized by the ram, representing trailblazers who never stop pursuing their goals while maintaining an easygoing, magnetic energy. Aries are also known to be independent, ambitious, passionate, and honest. If this list of famous Aries—including celebrities and activists—is any indication, that reading is accurate as hell.
DM: The states that most suffer from little infrastructure spending at the federal level are mostly small states and red states with low taxes because they don't have the capacity to finance their own infrastructure projects. Large states like California and Texas can raise taxes to fund road construction. I live in CA and while many people were complaining Obama didn't see through shovel ready infrastructure jobs, California was getting federal grants from his program to create fast track lanes, widen existing highways, and install sound barriers. To this day every major highway in southern California has a construction project going on or completed from new overpasses, to bridges, freeway completions, and even approval of entirely new highways (from North LA to 15 freeway to Vegas). Also earth retaining walls for mountains and hills, new lane painting and signs, etc. Some was federal grants, but the majority was from state funding of Cal Trans. Also public transport building from federal grants to a degree as well.
