This is very cool but there are a few things you'll wanna know before committing! This house boat is far from land so this is an off the grid stay. You'll be responsible for booking a water shuttle to and from the rental. There is AC installed but it's recommended to only run it at night. There is also Wi-Fi provided, but it's extremely limited and NOT intended for use for streaming or other large amounts of data usage. You may bring kayaks and paddle boards, but no jet skis or powerboats. Fresh water is also limited so it has to be conserved. There's no cooking appliances on board (there is a Keurig machine), so be sure to bring your own food and ice to store in the provided cooler. You'll also be required to bring your own soap and shampoo to shower. There's a good chance you'll see various types of birds and small fish nearby — but no fishing allowed!
