Looking good!

Oh, what a night.

On March 12, Hollywood's brightest stars hit the red carpet at the 2023 Oscars. So, it wasn't surprising when two-time Oscar nominee Melissa McCarthy arrived at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, Calif.

Dressed in a vibrant, red gown that had a full tulle bottom, McCarthy looked right at home at the annual award show. She wore her hair up in a classic up-do and finished off her look with some soft makeup.

The comedy legend—who has starred in several big pictures, including BridesmaidsTammy, The Boss, Life of the Party, Superintelligence, and Thunder Force—was more than just a guest at the 95th Academy Awards.

Ahead of the award show, McCarthy was tapped to present an unspecified category. In addition to McCarthy, the Oscars' presenters list included Harrison FordHalle BerryAntonio Banderas, Emily Blunt, Jessica Chastain, Ariana DeBose, Andrew Garfield, Hugh Grant, Salma Hayek Pinault, Samuel L. Jackson, Dwayne Johnson, Michael B. Jordan, and Nicole Kidman, among several others.

Of course, Jimmy Kimmel was also in attendance, as he was hosting the show for the third time. On how he was preparing for film's biggest night, Kimmel told The Hollywood Reporter, "I’m in a unique position in that my job is to make fun of people in Hollywood and then to have them sit next to me on the stage. And I’ve had 20 years of practice as far as balancing that stuff out goes."

"When I first started doing [Jimmy Kimmel Live!], I had no practice and there was no balance," he added. "I would just mow through the guests and then we wouldn’t have another A-list guest for another eight months."
