The 2023 Food & Wine Classic Is Officially Coming Back to Aspen in June, Here's How to Grab Tickets

Get ready for cooking demonstrations, wine tasting, and the best of what Aspen has to offer.

Tickets are now on sale for Aspen's biggest foodie fest, the Food & Wine Classic, which will celebrate 40 years of celebration in the Rockies this summer.

This year's festival will take place from June 16-June 18 and will be complete with food demonstrations, wine tastings, celebrity chefs like Bobby Flay, Andrew Zimmern, Carla Hall, and more.

"For 40 years, the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen has showcased the culinary icons and world-class innovators who have shaped cuisine in America,” Food & Wine Editor in Chief Hunter Lewis said in a press release shared with Travel + Leisure. "Our team is excited to commemorate this milestone year with celebratory experiences and innovative programming hosted by an all-star roster of tastemakers. The Classic has been a must-visit experience for four decades and we look forward to building on that legacy.”

There will be no shortage of fine foods with over 150 brands of food, wine, and spirits in the tasting pavilion, and over 70 celebrity chefs and beverage experts according to a press release shared with Travel + Leisure.

Passes are currently on sale and start at $1,950 for a consumer pass which grants access to the tasting pavilion, located in the city center of Aspen and open five times throughout the weekend, and opportunities to sign up for cooking demonstrations and wine seminars.

For $4,450 foodies can score a VIP pass which has everything from the consumer pass, plus VIP access to seminars and tasting, an invite to an exclusive welcome party on June 15, tickets to an anniversary party on June 17, and a cookout on the top of Aspen mountain on June 18. In addition, Food & Wine will donate $1,000 from each VIP ticket to participating charities.

Since 2019 Food & Wine has given "philanthropic initiative[s] to help facilitate meaningful change by supporting outstanding charitable partners in the community and culinary industry, Food & Wine will make a donation to Southern Smoke Foundation, a national emergency relief fund that supports workers in the food and beverage industry in crisis, and No Kid Hungry, the only national campaign committed to ending childhood hunger in the U.S," according to the release.
