Small home projects come and go, but a solid tool set lasts forever. Well, at least for many years. For hanging pictures, putting together IKEA furniture, fixing a wobbly door knob and everything in between, the 39-piece Apollo General Tool Set is only $25, and it’s a favorite on Amazon.

The tool kit has amassed over 1,800 five-star reviews and sold over 1 million kits worldwide, according to its product description. The kit includes an 8-ounce claw hammer, 6.5-inch lineman pliers, a tape measure, a utility knife, a bit driver with 2-inch bit extension (with 20 other bit sizes), four precision screwdrivers, eight hex keys and a pair of scissors, which are all tucked into a sturdy carrying case.

The tools are made with high-grade steel alloy, are chrome plated to resist corrosion and are equipped with non-slip comfort grip handles. Plus, they come in four colors: red, orange, pink and blue. (Prices may slightly vary depending on color.)

“I’ve had this toolkit for 3 years now, and it’s still going strong,” one Amazon reviewer said. “It has everything I could really need as a renter. I’ve used it for hanging art, putting together furniture (and taking it apart), taking measurements in my home and plenty of other odd jobs over these last few years.”

While some Amazon customers don’t recommend using it for big projects or keeping it in your car, it’s great for everyday fixes and small projects. It also makes a great gift for a new grad who may be moving out on their own for the first time, a first-time home owner or for dad this upcoming Father’s Day.

So, if you have a few things that need fixing or are looking to redecorate, this tool set will have you covered.
