As of late, beauty babes are trading in their powder brushes for clay mask applicators. And now that skincare is in, Ulta decided to bring one of the U.K.’s most sought-after acne bar soaps to U.S. shelves.

The anti-breakout brand known as Carbon Theory carries only five products, which can all be used in a full-step routine. And people really love the Carbon Theory products: On Ulta’s site, the skincare brand has earned itself over 2,300 reviews for its Charcoal & Tea Tree Oil Break-Out Control Facial Cleansing Bar alone.

Dermatologically proven to prevent breakouts and hydrate the skin, the vegan bar soap’s activated charcoal draws out toxins. Meanwhile, the tea tree oil works its magic with its cleaning properties to kill bacteria. Not to mention, it also reduces inflammation and shrinks the appearance of pores. Lastly, the shea butter in the bar soap gives your skin much-needed nourishment without clogging your pores.

One customer explained that they’d experienced acne for years, and the bar soap was one of the few things that worked for them.

“It’s only been about four days but after washing my face at night, I can see an instant reduction in redness,” they wrote. “I’ve been using it with the carbon theory moisturizer, and eucalyptus with jojoba oil at night, and can already see a difference.”

If you want to pamper yourself, the brand’s Carbon Theory’s mud mask also has shoppers raving. On Ulta’s site, the mask primarily has four- and five-star ratings. Plus, the majority of reviewers found it to be great for clearing up their skin. One customer even used the mud mask as a solution for their dry skin.

“I can’t honestly judge whether it had an effect on my acne, it doesn’t seem so, that’s why I’ve taken a couple stars off as I feel it was marketed more that way — but it’s definitely combatted my dry skin!”
