How is your astrological sign coping with social distancing?
Now that we’re one full week into the coronavirus quarantine, the people are starting to feel it.
As we anxiously try to face rapidly evolving news, it can be helpful to have a few trusty coping mechanisms.
Lizzo, an iconic Taurus, seems to be surrounding herself with crystals and burning incense to protect her energy and playing her flute to pass the time.
Right now, the sun is in Aries, which makes us want to move, make changes, tackle challenges and take action — things that aren’t easy when you’re quarantined. This can lead to feelings of frustration, pent-up energy, and restlessness.

As the zodiac’s communicators, air signs like Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius may get trapped into being glued to their phones all day. They should try to challenge their minds away from blue light, with reading, puzzles, crosswords, or Sudoku.
The water signs — Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces — can be quite introverted and might be enjoying this time to themselves. These deep, emotional signs can take time to explore their spirituality, creativity, and artistic side.
