Kendall Jenner may only be 24, but she's already mastered the art of dressing for both on and off the runway.

We've seen her in everything from a North Face puffer to a full leather look by Rosetta Getty and a bright orange Versace crystalized gown featuring a flock of feathers. However, the brains behind most of Kendall's next-level looks is Marni Senofonte — one of the world's most in-demand stylists.

Senofonte is currently part of this year's Create & Cultivate 100 list in partnership with Chevrolet, a leading digital media platform honoring the most successful and inspirational women across 10 different industries.

The celebrity stylist quickly rose to the top as Beyoncé's lead stylist, eventually gaining her an Emmy nod for dressing Bey during her Formation World Tour, which was highlighted by the Netflix documentary, Homecoming.

Although Senofonte is responsible for some of the most groundbreaking fashion moments of the modern era, she also embraces a personal style that is solely her own and can instantly be recognized by her undone top knot, signature oversized trousers and ultra high heels.

Below, we caught up with Marni Senofonte to talk about everything from the future of fashion to the story behind the denim cut-offs Kendall once rocked on the Cannes red carpet.

How does it feel to be part of the Create & Cultivate 100 list, which honors some of the most successful women in the world?

Majorly Humbled. When you’re an early pioneer of a relatively new career, these honors are welcomed and greatly appreciated.

You have such a unique point of view when it comes to style. How does your taste translate through your clients' wardrobe while staying true to their personal aesthetic?

I think it's like any great relationship. When you really vibe with someone, you appreciate and respect their sense of self, [and] you never want to take that away. I just try to show my clients different ways of seeing things.

When you're getting to know a new A-list client, what is the way that you approach dressing them?

Baby steps .....

Thanks to you, Kendall Jenner has had some of the most iconic fashion moments in modern day. From off-duty to red carpet, do you have one that stands out the most and can you tell us about how it came to be?

I think my fave was one of the first big moments I had with Kendall. It was the first time I dressed her for Cannes 2016 or 2017, I can't remember? It was 2017... She wore this super-short Giambatista Valli dress with a long beautiful silk chiffon train that the wind lifted off the ground and let it do it’s own choreography, on her feet she wore flesh-colored sheer anklets with open toe Gianvito Rossi sandals. The whole look created quite a buzz.

On that same Cannes trip, she wore a [Alexandre] Vauthier look, which included a pair of denim shorts, apparently denim was never worn on a Cannes carpet? Oh well, lots of chatter ensued! Another fave was last year's Versace Met Gala dress. After the initial fitting, we ended up adding a few more last-minute elements and it turned out to be one of my all time faves.

When it comes to Kendall's street style, there is always an element of cool tailoring mixed with comfort. Is that key for the both of you?

Absolutely, always a complete collaboration. But the tailoring, the literal tailoring of her clothing is the silent killer. Kendall is one of the few people I’ve worked with who respects the engineering of a garment and its purpose.

Who are some of your go-to designers for styling now?

Ugh, no faves, I need them all!

How important is it for you to put newer designers on the map?

I've always felt it’s our duty as artists to introduce commerce to fellow artists when and if able, none of us want to be starving artists, so when we can break bread, it helps ensure we all eat.

Where do you think the future of fashion lies?

Depending how far we’re talking about, I definitely see uniforms.

I have to ask...do people still talk to you about Beyoncé's iconic pregnancy photos?

Lately, it's been mostly Coachella-Beychella-Homecoming film and her last solo tour, the Formation World Tour.
