Several beauty brands have come under fire over the past few years for failing to be more diverse in their respective product ranges, and one of the categories that has been criticized most for its lack of inclusivity is "nudes." With the concept of a "nude" lip product holding several meanings for a variety of consumers — due to varying skin tones — companies are finally taking the initiative to expand their shade ranges, and it appears as CTZN Cosmetics has hit a home run with its latest offering.
The makeup brand recently unveiled its Nudiversal Lip Duo line which features a double-ended product comprised of a matte lipstick and lip gloss. Ensuring that a wide array of consumers can use the products, the line currently consists of 25 shade of nude.
The cruelty-free collection has already become a favorite in the celebrity community with the likes of actress Katie Holmes, talk show host Wendy Williams and singer Tove Lo rocking their best respective shades matches from the line.

The Ray Donovan star's makeup artist Gregg Brockington recently shared that the actress attended the Thelma & Louise Women in Motion screening wearing the product in the shade DC. Formulated with pink undertones, the lipstick and gloss duo perfectly complemented Holmes' monochromatic Carolina Herrera jumpsuit,
Williams said "How you doin'?" to her "co-hosts" in the shade Fez from the Nudiversal line. Her makeup artist Merrell Hollis gushed about the product on his Instagram Stories: "These are phenomenal, they come in everyone's nude. There's not one person on this planet that they don't make the nude for," he said
Swedish dance-pop star Tove Lo rocked her shade of nude at the most recent Grammy awards where she was nominated for Best Music Video. Her makeup artist, Colby Smith, used the peachy shade Deux to complement her vintage Vivienne Westwood and Agent Provocateur look.
