6:30 a.m. ET NBCSN & NBC Streaming:

– Men’s Hockey – For the first time since 1998, the U.S. men’s hockey team won’t feature a single active NHL player. In fact, no team will. The new-look Team USA, composed of non-NHL pros and a handful of college players, makes its debut in PyeongChang against Slovenia in group play.

7:10 a.m. ET USA Network:

– Men’s Hockey – Another major team that usually features a litany of NHL stars, the Olympic Athletes from Russia, figures to number among the favorites in PyeongChang thanks to a roster loaded with experience in Russia’s Kontinental Hockey League, generally considered the second-most competitive league in the world after the NHL. Facing Slovakia will be the Russians’ first chance to show their power.

9:30 p.m. ET NBCSN & NBC Streaming:

– Luge – The men’s doubles luge event slides in with a heavy favorite looming large. The Germans figure to dominate this event, with Tobias Arlt and Tobias Wendl (known in luge as The Tobys) returning as the reigning gold medalists in the event.

11 a.m. ET NBCSN & NBC Streaming:

– Curling – Separated by only the Øresund strait, the countries of Sweden and Denmark face off in a battle of the No. 5 and 9 women’s teams in the world according to the World Curling Federation.

1 p.m. ET NBCSN & NBC Streaming:

– Nordic Combined – Another event where the Germans are fielding a strong team. Reigning gold medalist Johannes Rydzek and reigning gold medalist Eric Frenzel form a strong pair in an event that features a normal hill ski jump, then a 10km cross-country ski race.

2 p.m. ET NBCSN & NBC Streaming:

– Curling – Here’s the thing about curling: Canada is really, really good at it. The three-time defending gold medalist men’s team faces Great Britain in a round-robin match in the opening rounds.

3 p.m. ET NBC Live:

– Luge, Nordic Combined – Catch the highlights of men’s doubles luge and men’s normal hill nordic combined. Germans figure to have the most fun watching this segment.

5 p.m. ET NBCSN & NBC Streaming:

– Men’s Hockey – Which game we’re getting is still TBA, so keep an eye out later.

5 p.m. ET CNBC:

– Curling – The United States and Japan face off in round-robin curling action. Both teams will look to improve on a showing in Sochi that saw neither advance out of the opening round.

8 p.m. ET NBC Live:

– Alpine Skiing, Speed Skatin, Skeleton, Figure Skating – If Mikaela Shiffrin is going to be the Michael Phelps of skiing, her journey starts here. The 22-year-old phenom makes her PyeongChang debut in the giant slalom, which was delayed after high winds wreaked havoc with Olympic schedules on Tuesday.

That’s just one event in a loaded Wednesday night, with the women’s 1,000-meter speed skate, men’s downhill alpine ski, pairs figure skating and men’s skeleton all making appearances.

10:10 p.m. ET NBCSN & NBC Streaming:

– Women’s Hockey – There might not have been a loss at the Sochi Olympics more painful than the U.S. women’s hockey team’s collapse in the gold medal game against Canada. The Americans get their first shot at redemption in group play, where the top 2 teams in the world will collide. If you’re a women’s hockey fan, this is appointment viewing.
