Hibiscus Margarita
A homemade syrup made with dried hibiscus and ginger gives this margarita its striking pink hue. The syrup plus silver tequila, lime juice, and seltzer means it tastes as good as it looks!
Cosmopolitan
A classic with an unforgettable color, this vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, and cranberry cocktail has been having a moment (again).
Lillet Rose Spring Cocktail
Though it's named for spring, we like to sip this mix of red grapefruit juice, gin, and Lillet any time of the year. It's particularly good for brunch or an outdoor party. Edible flowers are the ultimate garnish, but it's good with a wheel of grapefruit, too.
Strawberry Daiquiri
Need a frosty pink drink? We’ve got you covered with this four-ingredient strawberry daiquiri. Fresh berries (so hydrating and all those antioxidants!), white rum, lime juice, and sugar are all you need. A lime-sugar rim on each glass is optional but recommended.
Pink Gin Martinis
Perhaps the palest pink drink in our collection, this martini also might be the most powerful. The delicate shade comes from Angostura bitters, but it’s the Kirsch, a clear brandy distilled from cherries, that gives it a unique flavor. Though we call it a martini, and it does include gin and vermouth, we prefer to sip this beauty from a coupe, not a martini glass.
Garibaldi
Campari takes the lead in this easy-but-bold aperitif. It’s balanced by the sweetness of orange juice and a dash of fragrant citrus bitters. The red-orange color gives the drink its name: the followers of Giuseppe Garibaldi, known as the unifier of Italy, wore shirts of the same shade.
Sorbet Spritzers
This bright beverage gets its hue from vibrant raspberry sorbet and sparkling white wine. If you want to go even pinker, swap in a sparkling rosé. This refreshing pink drink gets bonus points because the sorbet acts as ice without watering the drink down.
Pineapple-Raspberry Bellini
The best-known Bellini is made with prosecco and white peach puree; the brightest version might be this one. It's a low-ABV drink that's super celebratory—sparkling wine brings the bubbles while a puree of raspberries and pineapple provides the color and the sweetness.
Habanero-Hibiscus Sour
In this take on the classic pisco sour, a habanero-hibiscus syrup brings color and spicy heat to the pisco, lime juice, and egg whites.
Roasted Rhubarb and Cherry Gimlet
A puree of rhubarb and cherries gives this gin drink it’s fabulous color. Shake it up to celebrate spring (or anything!).
Coconut Water Cocktail
A two-ingredient cocktail that's as easy to sip as it is to make. Vodka and coconut water make a most refreshing combination.
Watermelon Margaritas
The salted rim remains but once you add watermelon juice to a margarita, it becomes a spectacular pink drink.
Sour Cherry Cordials
This pink drink calls for making a simple cherry syrup with sour cherries, sugar, and lemon. Enjoy the colorful syrup with seltzer for a delicious mocktail or, go all out with our sour cherry cordial, which adds gin to the mix.
Rose Sangria With Nectarines and Strawberries
So very pink, this sangria is a feast for the eyes and the palate. Vodka, rosé, juicy nectarines, and fragrant strawberries mean it’s especially delicious on the terrace or beside the pool.
Strawberry-Ginger Caipiroska
Another strawberry-hued refresher, this one has Brazilian roots. The caipiroska is a vodka-based cousin to the better-known caipirinha. It can be made with any fruit, but strawberry is our favorite version.
Fizzy Fruit Punch
This fizzy fruit punch has options. Will you make the pale pink version with strawberries, lemon slices, and guava juice, or the deeper pink version with fresh cherries, fresh orange slices, and tart cherry juice? Whichever you choose, you can keep it non-alcoholic or spike it with tequila or white rum.
Cherry Bomb
Is this the pinkest drink of the bunch? We think so; it’s made with pink grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, rum, and creme de cassis. The result is a bold, magenta-colored cocktail that’s truly the bomb.
Strawberry-Ginger Smash
This pitcher drink is just right for a summer party. It’s frosty, and fruity, and packs a punch thanks to the vodka, fresh ginger, and ginger beer.
Watermelon Mojito
You may know the mojito as a green drink; that’s because the classic version of this Cuban rum punch is heavy on the mint. Add watermelon to the mix, and the drink takes a delicious pink turn.
Raspberry Chocolate Kiss Cocktail
This dessert cocktail has a chocolate cookie crumb rim and a deep, gorgeous pink color thanks to fresh raspberries and cranberry juice. Vodka and fresh mint keep it lively.
