Makeup artist Moani Lee used the palette’s blue-hued Lapis Luxury shade to accent Musgraves’s otherwise neutral-toned eyeshadow. To keep the shock of color at the center of attention, Lee paired the shadow with soft peach blush, a healthy dose of highlighter, and creamy taupe lipstick. Musgraves topped it all off with her signature black waves and an iridescent dress that brought her “Spacey Kacey” alter ego to life. The end result was an ethereal look plucked straight from our NYE dreams.
