In her latest TikTok, lifestyle vlogger Emily Welch (@emilywelchstyle) shares a budget-friendly hack that will level up any movie night. So far, people can’t wait to try it.
First, Welch takes several lunch-sized brown paper bags and trims them down with scissors. Next, she uses the shorter bags to line the bottoms of a plastic shower caddy. She then fills each compartment with some of her favorite movie snacks, including pretzel nuggets, corn dogs and popcorn.
Welch washes it all down with an ice-cold beverage. And she uses the remaining compartment to store a reusable drink cup filled with soda. But because no trip to the movies is complete without some candy, she sticks a few Twizzlers and gummy worms into the caddy, too.
The TikTok has quickly taken off, earning more than 392,000 views in just 24 hours.
It also joins other recent TikToks going viral for cozy movie night ideas — like the woman who hung a projector from her ceiling, turning her living room into her own private movie theater.
It isn’t just about our collective love of the movies, though.
As the first day of fall approaches, videos featuring “cozy vibes” are once again dominating TikTok, and Welch’s hack video is no exception.
In the background of each frame, her home is decked out in autumn decor. From faux jack-o’-lanterns and rust-colored throw pillows to twinkle lights with a warm orange glow, fall is in full swing.
In the end, this shower caddy hack isn’t just a cute idea. The video is also giving viewers the warm fuzzies.

That’s definitely the vibe Welch was going for since she’s been posting decor from around her cozy fall home for a few weeks now. But the fact that this hack is also cost-efficient is really impressing people.
In response to a question from one user, Welch said she bought the plastic shower caddies from the Target Dollar Spot, where they retailed for under $2 each.
