1923 star Julia Schlaepfer is embracing her inner cowgirl and clearly enjoying her time off from filming. Schlaepfer plays Alexandra Dutton in the Yellowstone spin-off series 1923. In her latest Instagram post, she posed in her best Western attire featuring cowboy boots and a cowgirl hat in front of what seems to be a Montana backdrop. Of course, this cryptic post had fans in a fury, trying to decide if her casual flicks point to her character finally arriving at Yellowstone ranch.

"Does this mean Alex made it to Montana?" one fan wrote. Other fans expressed how much they miss seeing the actress on-screen: "We miss you so much, and others (Brandon, Michelle...). Please come back soon on our screen ☺" and "For the love of God, please bring back Alex and Spencer!"

The actress is from Washington State so this theory could be plausible, except for the fact that 1923 is postponed indefinitely due to the ongoing writers' and actors' strike. However the snaps could be throwback photos from filming prior to the strike. It's clear that Schlaepfer is off duty, posing with a glass of wine.
