Sometimes, all a room really needs to shine is a few cosmetic swaps, and this bathroom makeover by Rachel Reinhart (@ourlittletosahouse) is a prime example.

All of the “big-ticket fixtures,” as Rachel calls them, like the vanity, sink, faucet, and original 1940s floor tile, were neutral and in great shape. Rachel says she “looked for ways to decorate around them instead.”

“We wanted big impact with a low budget, and also wanted to focus on details we could update easily down the road when we need a change,” she adds. Here are her small changes that made a big difference.
