17-Year-Old Dog Finds Strength to Greet Mom and It's So Moving
It's obvious how much this pup loves her.
If you ask dog owners what the best parts of pet parenthood are, there's one moment we know would make it to the top of the list: the welcome home. Walking through the door to be greeted by your pup is such a joyful experience, though it's even more special when your dog works extra hard to come to see you.
That's why we appreciate this touching video from @theambynewell, who had just returned home after almost a week away. She had just lost her father, too, so it makes sense why this 'hello' between her and her 17-year-old dog was so meaningful to her.

For the record, we're totally not crying after watching this. It's just allergies! In all realness, though, this must've been the most special, heartwarming moment for this dog mom. It's just like @denicehasch said: "Rounder knew you needed him." He's such a good boy!

This pup mama must've been heartbroken when she filmed this video, but we know Rounder's strength and love helped her keep her head held high. She's in for a whole lot of love while she grieves and heals--that's for sure!
