1.It's all in the details (and if you don't pay attention, you will suck).
Remember that amazing scene when Miranda dragged Andy on the different shades of blue? While some could argue that Miranda was doing the most, the reality is decisions, businesses, and money depends on details. PAY ATTENTION.
2.You may outgrow the love you share with someone — and that's OK.
Although these two (potentially) end up together in the end, the reality is sometimes you just outgrow people you love. And, honestly, that can work in your favor.
3.Haters gon' hate. Until they love you.
People will hate on you and count you out because you don't fit into their narrow-minded perspective. Keep shining and let the haters hate from afar. Soon, they'll be fans.
4.Even the job you absolutely love may drive you mad.

Even the best jobs in the world can push your buttons. In many ways, there is no "dream" role. Just find a job that you don't mind having your buttons pushed for.
5.You will have stressful jobs and managers. That's life.
That also means that you will, almost inevitably, have at least one manager or boss in your life who makes you want to pull your hair out. Not saying you have to put up with it, but understand that this is a very normal reality in life.
6.Always have people in your circle who are smarter than you.
This scene from the movie proves that having people around you who are smarter than you will, ultimately, make you look better. Stop trying. tobe. the smartest one in your group and elevate to new circles with people who can teach you a thing or two!
7.You will have to make really hard decisions in life...even if they upset other people.
Really, what was Andy supposed to do in this situation? Exactly. Not every decision in life will be easy or make everyone else happy. You have to do what works for you.
8.The ideas that you think are so groundbreaking are probably blah.

Everyone will think that they are on the brink of becoming the next Zuckerburg. Honestly, 99% of ideas are probably trash and not as amazing as you (or others) think they are.
9.Stop complaining and do your best.
Andy was, by far, the most entitled character in this movie. Most of it came from a place of "woe is me, I'm trying." Well, guess what? Life isn't fair. Stop complaining and focus on being better each day.
10.Sometimes you will feel like everything is falling apart — but they stretch you.
There were a LOT of things thrown on Andy's plate that technically were not part of her job. When life throws you curveballs, it's important to think of the long game.
11.Sometimes people are neither friends nor enemies – although they will be both at one point or another.
Some people may play both the villain and hero in your life. Perhaps this just goes to show nobody is intrinsically good or evil.
12.There is nothing more frustrating than being ready when nobody else is.

Although we can all argue Nigel deserved that promotion, life is about politics. It's neither fair or unfair, it's just a rule of life.

I will die on the hill that Miranda was the greatest character in this movie. I also believe she catches a lot of crap when, in actuality, she can teach us a lot on staying calm under pressure and always holding a poker face when life gives you lemons.
15.Money makes the world go round. Remember that.
We all do what we do because we "love" it, right? Yeah, right. Understand that it's just business, baby.
16.Everything in life is figureoutable.
