Remote work has definitely become a thing, with 20% of the workforce expected to work from home long after the pandemic ends. Comedy Central / Via Giphy / giphy.com
Love it or hate it (I personally love it), working remotely is now the norm for many of us.
According to Global Workplace Analytics , a research-based consulting firm, around 4.1% of the workforce clocked in from home in 2019. That number jumped to 25% in mid-2020, according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics , and is expected to hover around 20% even after COVID is a thing of the past.
So, unless you're an office diehard or work in an industry that requires you to be in person (shoutout to all you frontline workers!), you might want to consider joining the remote work revolution. Working Title Films / Via Giphy / giphy.com
