The 15 Best Fashion Instagrams of the Week: Aquaria Is Always Decadent, Tracee Ellis Ross Shines

Let’s hear it for handsome well-dressed dudes from the past seven days. A stellar example is après men’s Fashion Week in Paris when Alton Mason and Luka Sabbat took a second to snap themselves. Mason opted for a décolletage-revealing vest and a pair of burgundy leather pants, while Sabbat sported a tattered sleeveless shirt and tight-fitting trousers. A bonus here? Both were wearing their man-jewelry. (Big ups to Mason for his unabashed male cleavage, too.) Other standouts included over-the-top dresses. Lizzo donned a tiered canary yellow tulle dress to the BET awards in Los Angeles this past weekend. (Unfortunately, as she noted in her Instagram caption, her plane was delayed causing her to miss the red carpet. Though, red carpet or not, this look deserved an award of its own.) Another dress that needs a trophy? The barely-there number by Namilla that Aquaria, the winner of Rupaul’s Drag Race, wore to VH1’s Trailblazer Honors.

Hot pink seems to be the color of the moment, as well. Noughties-lover Taylor Scarabelli was pretty in hot pink and accessorized accordingly with—what else?—a baby pink pickup truck while strolling around New York. Actress Tracee Ellis Ross wore a cool plaid hot pink jacket for #NationalPinkDay. Though it wasn’t all about show-stopping hues. For relaxed weekend look inspiration, take a cue from SZA who sported an off-the-shoulder top and slouchy denim jeans.
