13 Tiny Baby Quails Imprinting on Human Dad Is As Sweet As It Gets
When we think about animals bonding with their owners, cats and dogs are usually the first pets that comes to mind.
TikTok user @FathenFarms proves that quails are just as needy as any puppy or kitten!

I think we can all admit that these teensy tiny balls of fluff are totally adorable, but I think a lot of us, especially the more um, clumsy of us, can also admit that we'd be terrified of stepping on these little guys. Quail daddy even admits, "I always have to be careful cause I constantly trip over my own feet half the time." Plus, how can he keep track of this number of animals, especially when they are so small? We are pretty sure at some point we'd end up losing one behind the refrigerator or something.
The owner of these tiny little fluff balls is basically their daddy forever, because according to Wildlifecenter.org if young birds imprint on humans, they will identify with humans for life. Reversing the imprinting process is impossible – these birds are bonded to humans for life and will identify with humans rather that of their own species. He obviously knows that, because some of these quails he has hand-raised are now forever members of his family and he totally spoils these beautiful birdies.
As much as we are enchanted by this precious quail army, we'll stick to cats and dogs. Much harder to lose or step on! But if FathenFarms ever needs a babysitter so he can have a break from his tiny nugget army, he can totally call us up!
