13 Things to Watch This Week—Including the 'This Is Us' Finale

From the 'This Is Us' season finale to 'Love, Simon' and the premiere of 'American Idol,' here are all the TV shows and movies to watch this week.

This Is Us's second season ends this Tuesday, and I'm not sure whether to be happy or sad. On the one hand, thank God my tear ducts are 'gonna catch a break for a few weeks and I won't feel as gas-lighted. On the other hand, I hate change! Crying for no reason every Tuesday between 9 P.M. and 10 P.M. has been my ritual since September. What am I going to do now with my time? See my friends?

The Arrangement: E!'s incredibly addictive fictional show about a young actress who signs a contract that changes her life is back for a second season. Time to spend another six hours agonizing over whether or not this show is about Scientology. 9 P.M. ET on E!

The Royals: This primetime soap about a royal family more dramatic than Queen Elizabeth's returns for season four this evening. Watching Elizabeth Hurley play the petty Queen Helena never gets old. 10 P.M. ET on E!

iHeartRadio Music Awards: Rihanna and Taylor Swift are the big nominees in tonight's show, which honors the artists who had the biggest impact on radio last year. 8 P.M. on on TBS/TNT/truTV

American Idol: This highly-anticipated reboot, featuring a new judging panel that includes Katy Perry, comes back tonight. Lord, please, let there be no bad auditions. 8 P.M. ET on ABC

Monday, March 12

Mary Kills People: An E.R. doctor moonlights as an "angel of death" of sorts in this Lifetime show, which asks the controversial question: Are terminally ill people allowed to die on their own terms? Season two starts tonight. 9 P.M. ET on Lifetime

This Is Us : Old Man Jack makes an appearance in tonight's season finale, and Kate finally gets married. Here's hoping Toby doesn't screw it up by being, ya know, Toby. 9 P.M. ET on NBC

For the People : This new Shonda Rhimes show is a sequel of sorts for How to Get Away With Murder. No, it doesn't feature the same characters, but it is about fresh-out-of-college lawyers who compete for the best cases...and sleep with each other on the job. I'm in. 10 P.M. ET on ABC
