I'm never not over the moon to celebrate Lunar New Year, but this year I'm super excited to ring in the Year of the Dragon. One of the reasons why? The incredible selection of Lunar New Year food gifts available at Costco this year.

A recent trip to my local Costco showed me just how all-out the big box store went for Lunar New Year. The shelves were lined with traditional goodies like mooncakes, salted egg yolk cookies and pineapple cakes, plus lots of other newfangled treats. It was great to see how much thought Costco put into carefully curating a wide range of food gifts to help me and many others celebrate a very symbolic holiday in the Asian diaspora.

Read on for all of the details on the 13 Lunar New Year Costco food gifts that I was most excited about at my local store. The selection will vary by location, but it's absolutely worth stopping by your Costco location to see what they have.
