They’ve already become my new go-to pair for when I’m running errands, lounging around my apartment, or whenever I’m going out but want to be comfortable. The material feels so stretchy and comfortable, and I love the super flattering flared leg and high-waisted crossover design. And I was amazed at how well they fit—as someone who’s on the shorter side, I always have trouble finding leggings that are the right length on me, but the petite size of these fit me perfectly. As a longtime fan of the brand, I was eager to try this new brow gel, and of course, I was immediately hooked. When I first heard about Broc Shot, I was intrigued but admittedly, skeptical. Could taking this “shot” that is the equivalent of 10 pounds of raw broccoli daily have an impact on my mood, health, and wellbeing? The main ingredient is sulforaphane, which is extracted from broccoli sprouts, and is supposed to help detoxify and reduce inflammation within your body. I’m not a green juice gal so wasn’t sure how it was gonna go down, aside from quickly. The results are in and better than expected. After taking Broc Shot for over three weeks—according to the brand, you have to take it consistently to see results—I had more energy and definitely less bloating. It may have made my skin a little glowier too, but that’s hard to tell with the different skincare products I try. As a pescatarian, I sometimes struggle to find easy sources of protein to grab for a quick lunch when I’m working from home. I love the tuna salad at my local bagel shop, but it’s slathered in mayo, not quite the healthiest option. So when I was sent samples of Starkist’s new Deli Style Tuna Salad Creations, I was intrigued. Each 3-ounce pack is just 80 calories, with 13 g of protein. And it tastes just as creamy and yummy as my beloved bagel-shop tuna, minus the mayo (the creaminess comes from water chestnuts, soybean oil, and tangy pickle relish). I can throw this on a green salad or whole-wheat toast and feel pretty satisfied. Yes, I can just make my own tuna salad from a can, but sometimes I’m a little too lazy!
