In a large bowl, combine first 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce, 3 ounces crumbled feta cheese, 1 cup seeded and chopped cucumbers, 1 cup each chopped red and green peppers, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon oregano.
