Don't believe me, just ask Ashleigh Ciucci, a professional makeup artist based in New York City. "Cream blush is great for the summer because it's super lightweight and mimics the natural texture of the skin," she tells Allure. "It melts onto the skin and gives the perfect dewy glow. It also blends well with a cream highlighter, which is my fave formula." As for as application goes, Ciucci likes to tap cream blush onto the apples of cheeks with her ring finger or swirl it onto with a duo-fiber brush.
